Follow this step by step article to walk through how to get started on promoting your new brand partnership.

1. Accept the invitation to claim your Pear Shop Account. 

Accept the invitation simply by clicking the "accept" button

 

You will then have to create your Pear Account (you can login with either phone number or email)

     

It's time to start customizing your shop! Your Pear Shop is yours to choose the items you'd like to promote, create shoppable posts, and interact with your community. It is where your community comes for a personalized trustworthy experience! It is important to make this shop as personable, relatable, and on brand with "you" as possible.

2. Set up your shop and personalize it! 

Click the My Shop icon - this will take you to the Edit Profile section

(Pro-tip: you can add all your links here, in addition to your Socials. You can link anything such as;  courses, podcasts, articles, references, schedules, etc.  Think of it as your own FREE Link in Bio tool!) 

 

3. Request Samples (This step is optional) 

As an approved Promoter, you’re granted exclusive access to samples provided by brands.

To request samples, simply find the “Sample Posts” in the Brands’ shop. You can typically find these pinned to the top of their page.

4. Promote the Shoppable Posts (and choose to Customize it) 

You can find the latest Shoppable Post from your authorized brands on your HOME tab (bottom left), or from the Brand’s shop homepage.

Choose the one(s) you think best fit your community to publish in your shop and promote them. You can choose either “one-click Resell” to promote instantly;  or “Edit and Promote” to personalize the Post to better represent your brand and community. 

 

When Promoting posts, you have two options to resell and promote them: 

  • “One-click Resell” allows you adopt and promote the official Post in your shop as is with no changes made to the original post
  • “Edit & Promote“ gives you the option to personalize the post to make it your own. This option allows you to upload your own content, tell your story, and personalize it to resonate with your communities. 
    • Pick which products to promote (or all of them of course)
    • Choose which media content to keep (to match your style)
    • Upload your own photos and videos (don't forget to make it the cover)
    • Edit Title to what you think is the best selling point. 
    • Edit Description to tell your own story
    • Post url customization for easy sharing
    • Edit, Delete current Links or Add new ones
    • Creating your very own coupons for different audiences

       

Click Publish and you’re all set. It’ll be in your shop & ready to go! It’s that easy! 

(Note: Once Published, only the Title and Description can be edited. But you can always delete the post and re-configure it as needed.) 

 

There are two sets of links that are auto generated for your convenience

  • Your Shop link is: https://pear.us/YourShopName
  • Each of the Post’s link will look like this: https://pear.us/YourShopName/post/PostName (you can customize the Postname)
