Once you have access to product catalogs, either your own inventory or Merchant’s catalogs (as an approved Curator), you can create Posts to sell on your socials.
Log into your account and select the plus sign at the bottom of your shop.
Select “create a post”
A page will pop up for you to upload all the necessary information to create your post. First you will be required to attach any media you have created for the product. This will include any pictures or video created for the product. Please note the requirements for formatting.
You will need to include a headline for the post. This is your CTA (Call to Action) - something that will grab your audience from the start to make them want to click on your post.
You will then need to write a body describing the product(s). Be sure to include any selling points or important information you want to share with your audience. Include testimonials and real life experiences to help add relatability to your post.
The next step is to attach all of the products you wish to include in your post. Be sure the products you are attaching match the products in the media you are using.
Once you tap “add products”, you will receive a pop up showing the catalog of products (Hint: you can filter by your own catalog, or 3rd party ones you are authorized to). You can search or sort to locate the products you need. Simply click the product to add to your post (you can add up to 20 products per post).
Once you have selected all your products, click “Add products” to add to your post.
OPTIONAL: if you wish to allow approved Promoters to resell your posts, toggle this switch green to enable reselling and set commission.
Set the amount of commission you want to offer your Promoters, the system will auto calculate the remaining amount of commission that will then go to yourself. It’s optional, if you’d like to make this Post only to your own audience, you can turn it off.
Once you have selected your commission, select “Save”.
Shares doesn’t live long on Social, too many Posts will only clutter your shop
OPTIONAL You can select the post to have an expiration date and allow Promoters to customize the post by making only their chosen products visible by selecting the check box. The default currently is set as 90 days.
- Do you prefer your Promoters to resell all the products in the Post, or allow them to pick some to resell? Check this box to enable “Allow Picking Products”
If you wish to include any external links, you can include them in the link section.
These can be useful things like knowledge articles, references, price comparison, etc.
Once you have completed all sections, select “publish” to publish your post.
You will receive a popup to confirm your publication, select confirm.
Voila! You’ve just made your first post! Don’t forget to share your posts on all of your social platforms!
If Reselling is enabled, the Posts will show up in your approved Promoters’ feed. Don’t forget to notify them they’re available for reselling, and nudge them to promote by sharing with their communities.
