With Pear you have the ability to grow your private customer SMS list! Pear can help capture SMS and email subscribers when customers visit your shop while giving you the ability to customize the subscription popup to match your brand.

First log in to your Pear shop, then select "Customize Subscription" at the very top of the home page



A list of all your customers will pop up. This is a list of anyone who has purchased from you. This list will show their purchase history and contact information. It will also indicate their subscription status. Select "configure" at the top right of the page

A customize subscription pop up will prompt onto the screen, you have the option to change the photo/graphic as well as add a headline

You will want to ensure your "Display subscription popup automatically" is toggled green to enable this feature. This will ensure your customers receive the subscription pop up automatically to entice the customer to subscribe to your store.

You can select the preview button at the top to preview what your customers will see when they receive this pop up, prior to saving your changes

Once you are satisfied with the changes, you will select save!
