Pear partners with Stripe to provide you with the most secure way to get paid. For curators/promoters commission becomes eligible for withdrawal to your bank account 30 days after the original order placement date, provided it has been shipped and not refunded. For merchants, commission becomes eligible for withdrawal to your bank account following the 7 day return period. If there is no return period, merchants can withdraw their funds immediately. A minimum balance of $10 is required for bank withdrawals, according to Stripe's guidelines.

This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process, ensuring you understand how to access and withdraw curator commission balances on the Pear platform. Let's get started!

Locate the payout or earnings page

• Once logged in, look for the "Account" section > Earning & Payout.

Submit the required info to initiate the withdrawal process

• Provide essential email and phone number details.

• Follow on-screen prompts to verify personal details (name, email, phone, address, SSN) and business details (Use your Pear store link and select industry category: software).

*Stripe collects this information to verify your identity and keep your account safe. Pear do not store any of your sensitive personal information. 

Connect your bank account with Stripe

• Choose the bank you want to link and grant the right permissions.

• Receive the verification messages and choose which account to connect with Stripe.

• Complete the association with Stripe and choose the ultimate account for payout extraction.

Withdrawal completed!

To update your bank to a new account, simply log into your account and select the payout option under "payments and payout"

Select the expand arrow under the transfer button

You will be prompted to enter the security code sent to your registered phone number. Once logged in, scroll down to the payout detail section. Then select edit or add debit card

You will be prompted to confirm your full account details from the account you are trying to change. Once entered, click confirm

Once confirmed, you will have the option to update your bank account or add a debit card. To update your account, select the edit button

You will be directed to log into stripe, you can log into your strip account and update it this way by selecting continue with link.

You can also select not now and enter the information manually to a new account if you do not wish to log into stripe.

You will be prompted to enter the account information, once complete select submit

Once submitted, the new account information will save (you should receive a confirmation email and text). If you choose to add a debit card, you will be promoted to manually enter the card information. Enter the information then select save.
